You can be a Dream Weaver in Belize.
Belize, the next hot destination for explorers, expats, retirees, and investors, with its tropical climate, beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters, dense rain forests,Mayan ruins and wildlife reserves can be considered the stuff of dreams.

It has always been a popular destination for North American tourists due to its close proximity to the US but today, more and more tourists are considering Belize as a retirement haven….a place to weave their dream.

When I arrived in Belize over 24 years ago it was a very different place.
The road network is vastly improved along with accommodations such as hotels and restaurants.Homes, and the materials and methods of construction, have changed dramatically. These days, high speed Internet is available, along with cable TV and fibre optic telephone lines.
Unlike most countries Belize is a land of few cars, fresh seafood is abundant, fresh fruits and vegetables are plentiful, and the cost of living and quality of life are second to none.

But the character of Belize has remained intact…that’s what makes Belize attractive.

The pace is slow, laid back... no rushing to be somewhere at a certain time, in short stress is practically non existent.
In Belize, you can really take your time….relax…..throw away your watch… and most of your clothes as well.

Tourists, adventurers and retirees or anyone wishing to get away from it all for just a few days,a few weeks or for the rest of their lives can quickly feel at home in Belize .

Consider this:
- Belize is less than two hours away from the United States by air.
- The official language of Belize is English although Spanish is widely spoken.
- Currency of Belize is the Belize Dollar…$2 Bze = $1 US.
- All major credit cards can be used in Belize.
- Three major Airlines fly to Belize every day from Miami,Houston and Louisiana.
- Rental cars and air taxis are available.
- Never any snow in Belize and the average temperature around 78 degrees.
- Belize has become the fastest-growing tourist port in the Caribbean. So much so
that Carnival Corporation is building a new cruise ship port offshore Belize City
with an initial investment of some $50 million dollars.
. - Belize is relatively undeveloped and sparsely populated. There's a lot of room to
stretch out,relax and enjoy nature.

These are just a few of the reasons why Belize is rapidly becoming the destination of choice for holiday makers,back-packers,adventurers and retirees alike…Belize lacks nothing……here everyone can be a ‘dreamweaver’.
